Arjun performs energy audits to optimize the operations and energy use of energy systems and equipment to achieve energy and cost savings. Work with facility managers to implement effective energy conservation measures and demand-side management strategies in buildings and facilities.

He previously worked as an Energy Engineer with Bright Power Inc. conducting energy audits to support sustainability initiatives of private real estate companies with focus was on multifamily and affordable housing buildings.

Arjun studied mechanical engineering at Symbiosis International University in India and later pursued his masters degree in energy systems from Northeastern University in Boston.

John previously worked as an engineer in Demand Side Management with Xcel Energy, developing prescriptive savings methodologies and performing custom energy savings analysis. Now at CEE, John performs commercial energy audits and supports research and consulting efforts

John studied mechanical engineering at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and he recently obtained EIT certification in pursuit of PE license. 

Prior to CEE, Karen worked as an Energy Efficiency Specialist with EnerChange and Energy Smart serving commercial customers and spent the last four years serving the non-profit sector. She provided energy assessments, assisted with project implementation, including working with utility representatives and contractors, and provided on-going support for organization staff and facility managers.

Karen is a Certified Energy Manager and holds a BS in environmental and public health from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
